This Lease contains the entire agreement between the <br />parties hereto, and neither it nor any part of it may be changed, altered, modified, or limited orally <br />or by any agreement between the parties unless such agreement be expressed in writing, signed and <br />acknowledged by the Lessor and the Company, or their respective heirs, personal representatives, <br />successors and assigns. <br />19. Recording. At the request of the Company, Lessor agrees to execute and <br />deliver to the Company for recording in the real property records of the county in which the Property <br />is situate a memorandum lease reciting the general terms hereof. <br />20. Severability.
