<br />name for reclamation or rehabilitation of the Property and will release any security or any bond <br />provided by the Company to secure its performance or discharge of such responsibilities. If Lessor <br />shall desire to continue operations for extraction of Materials (either by Lessor or through an <br />operator or other lessee), the Company shall have the right to access and enter the Property and effect <br />on the Property such restoration, rehabilitation and reclamation as may be required in order to <br />dischazge the responsibilities which the Company has assumed pursuant to this Lease and to procure <br />release of any bond or other security by the Company. <br />lti. Assiazunent. The provisions of this Lease shall extend to and be binding <br />upon the successors, assigns and sublessees of Lessor and the Company. The rights and obligations <br />of the Company hereunder may not be assigned without the prior written consent ofLessor except <br />to an afliliate company of the Company. Lessor shall not withhold such consent unreasonably. <br />Lessors consent to a proposed assignment shall not operate to waive Lessor's right to disapprove any <br />future assignments. Company shall have the right to subcontract with others for the performance <br />of exploration, development and mining work hereunder, subject to all terms of this Lease, but no <br />subcontract shalt relieve the Company of its obligations to Lessor hereunder. <br />17. Notice. Any notice, demand or other instrument or written communication <br />required or permitted to be given, served, made or delivered hereunder may be given, served, made <br />or delivered, or may be mailed by certified or registered mail in a sealed envelope, postage prepaid, <br />as follows: <br />ICMailed to the Company: Mineral Reserves, Inc, <br />P.O.
