Payment of the royalties set forth above shall be promptly <br />made after the mining of the gravel, but in no event later than <br />ninety i90) days after said gravel has been mined and removed <br />from the pit. <br />9. Lessee agrees to hold Lessors harmless from any claim <br />or demand of any person or entity arising out of the operation <br />by Lessee of the pit. Lessee shall maintain adequate liability <br />insurance and provide Lessors with copy of said insurance. <br />10. At the conclusion of any term of this Lease, Lessee <br />shall peaceably yield possession of the premises to the Lessors, <br />their heirs or assigns. <br />11. Any violation of a Lease provision by Lessee, Lessors <br />shall give Lessee a six (6) month notice of intention to cancel <br />this Lease. <br />12. The covenants herein contained shall extend to and <br />be binding upon the heirs, personal representatives and assigns <br />of the respective parties. <br />13. This Lease is non-transferable. <br />14.
