Tha lake area should be fenced above the cut slope <br />area. In other words, the fence should be on tF~e natural <br />ground level. A.t one location in zach fake a wafering ramp <br />could ba built to allow access for livestock. The ramp <br />should be 50 to I00 feet wide and should extznd into the <br />lake to beyond the anticipated low water level. The wat- <br />ering I-amp should be on a grade of 4:i CfoUr feet horizontal <br />to one foot vertical) or flattzr. Thz watering ramp should <br />be fenced at the anticipated low water level ana along the <br />Sldas SO IlvestOCk cannot ge IntO the rest Of tha iai;e or <br />on the lakz banks. Please kezp livestock off the sideslopes <br />to the lakes to prevent bank erosion. <br />Stocking of topsoil for any lengih of tuna will kill exist- <br />ing vegetation. Adapted grasses should be used to reseed <br />any bare soil arias. <br />
