We are currently
preparing information necessary fora permit application to the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Division.
We would appreciate receiving the following information for Section 28
and 29, Township 35 North, Range 11 West:
• • A Soils Map, as completed by the SCS;
• Soil Mapping Units;
• Soil Profile Descriptions;.
• Range Site Descriptions.
This information will be very useful in developing reclamation plans for
our small surface disturbance following the completion of mining.
We would also appreciate your opinion as to whether the land along Hay
Gulch could be classified as a prime farmland region. Although this
area is outside the land affected by our surface operations, your
opinion will be greatly valued by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation
Division.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. If you have any questions,
please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
SUNBELT MINING, INC.
~~ ~~~
. Toi,~e Price
Joh Pr ce, P es'dent
