The mine (when in operation) only <br />produces coal for local markets with production much less than 100,000 <br />tons per year. In the near future, we will submit the additional <br />information needed for the mining and reclamation permit from the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division. This information will contain <br />the necessary data for us to obtain an approval from your agency for a <br />continuation of our mining. <br />Although we feel the information <br />complete and adequate for permit <br />for assistance for the Peacock <br />Operator Assistance Program of <br />attention to our Mine regarding <br />greatly appreciated. <br />in the forthcoming application will be <br />approval, we are requesting your input <br />Coal Mine under Section 2.09, Small <br />the Colorado Coal Regulations.
