Post-Mining Effluent Limitations Beginning immediately and lasting through December 31, 19y0 the permittee is authorized to discharge within the limitations specified belox, from outfall(s) serial number(s) OU4, UUb, U07, UUy, 011, 011, U13, U14, U15, 016, 017, 018, Oly, 020 and 021. a. Any discharge resulting from non-precipitation-related causes or from precipitation within any 24-hour period less than or equal to the lU-year, 24-hour precipitation event (or snowmelt of equivalent volume) shall comply with the following limitations.
