• <br />April 3, 2001 <br />Dear Mineral holders, <br />Enclosed are copies of the public notice for the proposed gravel pit known as the <br />Shook Gravel Pit #1, that is located at or near section 26 and 27, Township 1 North, <br />Range 52, 6th Prime Meridian, in Washington County. <br />This is complying with Rule 1.6.2 (1) (d) to all owners of record of surtace rights, <br />mineral holders and holders of any recorded easements to the affected land and all <br />owners of record and holders of any recorded easements of lands that are within 200 <br />feet of the boundary of the affected land (Rule 1.6.2(1)(e)). <br />The notice is posted at the gravel pit and the public notice will be published in the <br />Akron News Reporter at least four times. <br />If you have any questions, please contact Charles J.
