C-11,527-1(FD) <br />Initial Approval Q <br />Final Approva l <br />THE FACILITY TO WHICH THIS PERMIT APPLIES IS DESCRIBED AND LOCATED AS FOLLOWS: <br />The Hayden Gulch open pit coal mining project located <br />10 miles south of Hayden, on Routt County Highway 53, <br />in Routt County, Colorado. <br />THE SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT OR ACTIVITY SUBJECT TO THIS PERMIT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Dragline, scrapers, trucks to produce.1,000,000 tons <br />~~ of coal annually. <br />THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE COLORADO AIR <br />QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL ACT (25-7-101 <br />et se .), TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF <br />THIS DOCUMENT AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. Haul roads fugitive dust must be controlled by treatment with resinous ad- <br />hesives, or any other chemical additive that can be demonstrated to be <br />equally effective. <br />2. Rock drills must control fugitive dust by water injection or bagfilter. <br />3. Truck speeds will not exceed 30 miles per hour on dirt roads. <br />4.
