Upon termination of this lease for any reason, the Lessee <br />shall have a period of 120 days within which to remove any and all <br />buildings, plants, structures, equipment and other facilities placed <br />thereon by the Lessee, this at no additional cost or expense to <br />the Lessee, and shall have the continuing right to complete reclam- <br />ation work as provided in Paragraph 15 above. <br />18.
