The quarter quarter description follows. The NE/4 SE/4,
and parts of the NW/4 SE/4, SW/4 SE/4 and SE/4 SE/4 of Section 34,
T 3 S, R 72 iV, 6th P.M., Clear Creek County, CO.
B. 1. Initially it may be necessary to use the existing road
on the west side of the ravine for access to the property. This
road begins on the adjoining Olnhausen property and crosses onto
Frei property as it proceeds to the northeast. Frei has an
agreement with Olnhausen to use the existing road. As soon as
possible a new road will be constructed on the western part of
Stage 1 as shown on map exhibit D-1.
2. Existing drainage will be maintained because the mining
operation will not affect it.
3. {Ye have indicated in our application that salvageable
soils will be found in the areas of the Alountain Mahogany
Community with some small amounts of salvageable soil on the west-
facing slopes. If, in fact, salvageable soils are encountered in
Stage I on west-facing slopes, they will be stockpiled along the
north and south sides of Stage 1 at intervals such that maximum
redistribution hauls will be less than 500 feet.
4. We understand. {Ye plan on broadcasting the following
mixture on the stockpiles when they are to exist for more than
one year.
7# PLS/ac.
4# PLS/ac.
7# PLS/ac.
1# PLS/ac.
i +~ P s ~~e~.
Fairway Crest Wheatgrass y8.5
Russian {Vildrye Ib I
Intermediate {7heatgrass 14.1
Yellow Sweetclover
sy 1
