Drainage shall be in a generally westerly direction to <br />the lntermittant stream/drainage. Slopes will be rounded <br />out to the west on the North and South ends of the pit. <br />providing a mild bowl shape. Slopes will be 3:1 H:V or <br />shallower as described in the application and lease. <br />The intent of the lease is to provide slopes that can be <br />actively cultivated by the owner. <br />E. Public Notification <br />1. Copies of the certified mail and return receipts are <br />enclosed. The Adjacent property owners were notified by <br />Certified/Return Receipt mail. Also enclosed is a copy <br />Public Notice as advertised. including the title block of <br />the publication date (Notice is Highlighted to the lower <br />right corner.) <br />Please advise if you need any additional information.
