In general the application is well organized and <br />complete, however, there are a few areas that will require <br />additional information or clarification as follows. <br />6.3.1 EXHIBIT A. <br />Legal Description and Location Map <br />No Comment. <br />6.3.2 EXHIBIT B <br />Site Description <br />(b) Please identify the owners of the various man-made structures <br />(road, fence, power line, etc.) that you have indicated exist <br />within 200 feet of the affected area. <br />6.3.3 EXHIBIT C <br />Mining Plan <br />(e) On page 11 of the application, it is indicated that final <br />preparation and loadout of the material may be done offsite on <br />an existing stoneyard.
