The restoration plan provided by the
applicant shall be approved by the Board
of County Commissioners folliwing con-
sideration of the recommendation
if the Planning Co mission. The restoration
plan shall show th= entire tract :f parcel
' and shall show that portion thereof affected
by the mining outside of the actual ex-
traction area. The plan shall further
show the piojosed contours after filing,
' J depth of the restored topsoil, type of fill,
type of planting, restoration commencement
and completion dates. The applicant is
' encouraged, but is not required, to furnish
a cow of the restoration plan for the
extraction area as filed or approved by
' the State of Colorado.
Any conditional use permit will not ex-
ceed a oeriod of three (3) years, and
may be successively renewed upon proper
application for additional period of three
(3) years. Modifications it additional
' conditions may be Imposed upon application
for renewal.
