I~ <br />' B. Land Use Comparisons <br /> The proposed mining operations and all adjacent lands are located <br />' in the South Platte River floodplain as well as an aquifer re- <br /> charge area. The proposed post-mining land use <br /> of wildlife habitat, therefore, will cause no conflicts with <br /> adopted state and local land use plans. <br />' C. Implementation Requirements <br /> The following is a list of applicable requirements of RULE 6 and <br /> di <br />i <br />l <br />i <br />l <br /> correspon <br />ng <br />mp <br />ementat <br />on p <br />ans: <br /> 6.1 Grading <br /> a. Backfilling - There will be no need for backfilling. <br /> b. Timeliness - Grading of screening mounds will take place <br />' at the very beginning of mining operations. <br /> d. Auger Holes - There will be no drill or auger holes, shafts <br /> or addits to be filled and covered. <br />' f. Slopes - The outside slopes of the screening mounds will <br />' be constructed at a ratio or 2:1 and the inside slopes a- <br /> bove and below the water line will not be greater than 3:1. <br /> g. Farm Machinery - The land is not to be used for agricultural <br /> purposes. <br />
