EXHIBIT J -Vegetation Information <br />The entire parcel of land included in the permit has native grasses for vegetation. MRCS <br />indicated that the site consists of grasses, forbs, and annual weeds. The grasses are Blue <br />Gramma, Western Wheatgrass, and Buffalo Grass. Forbs existing on the site aze Wavy <br />Leaf Thistle, Sage, and Plains and Prickly Pear. <br />EXHIBIT K -Climate <br />The primary climate at the site is similar throughout the county. Logan County typically <br />has moderate summers, crisp falls, cool winters, and warm springs. <br />• Average seasonal snowfall is 29.9 inches <br />• Average annual precipitation is 15" to 19" <br />• Average winter temperature of 27.5 degrees F. <br />• Average summer temperature of 71 degrees F. <br />
