There is little wildlife left in this <br />area. <br />Phase II is planned ^n the north side of the North Fork Gunnison River, <br />which is typical river bottom habitat with first and second growth <br />cottonwoods, willows and a marsh area in an old river oxbow. This area <br />will be impacted the hardest by the operation. <br />Phase III is south of the proposed area and has been worked in the <br />past. It has little wildlife value, except along Minnesota Greek. <br />11 <br />
