' EXHIBIT E (Cont'd)
Soil Conservation Service as outlined in their report (see
Exhibit H). This will be in compliance with 34-32-116(lf).
Disturbance to the prevailing hydrologic balance will be
minimal. There will be no water used for dust control,
1 compacting, washing or irrigating. The only disturbance to
' the prevailing hydrologic balance will be water evaporation
from the 0.91 acre lake surface created when, and if, Stage
' 3 of the mining plan is ever executed. The number of
cottonwood, willow and Russian olive trees removed should
exceed slightly those to be used in revegetation. ~9e feel
' our plans have minimized the disturbance to the prevailing
hydrologic balance in accordance with 34-32-116(lh).
' The operator and the landowner are in accord on the
proposed plan. We hope the Board will also approve as required
' by 34-32-116(lk).
' Final reclamation work will be completed within two years
of the completion of the last mining season. This is well
' within the requirements of 34-32-116(lq).
The remainder of the subsections in 34-32-116(1) do not
apply to this operation.
1
1

9
1
