Please see Exhibit C. <br />The responses given above should satisfy all contemn reined in the CDMG Adequacy <br />Letter of April 12, 1999, and not previously addressed, and the Second Adequary Letter <br />of May 10, 1998 for the North River Pit application. <br />The applicant and ourselves assume that given that the above-responses and the <br />corrected map exhitids (6dribitB C and F) are satisfactory to the Division in content and <br />commitment, that this application should receive a recommendation of approval for a <br />°112' Redemation Permit from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board. ff this is <br />not the case, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify any remaining <br />wncems that the Division may have. <br />
