The law and regulations allow for several diff rent types of <br />financial warranty. You should determine what type of financial warranty you desire to <br />use and obtain the appropriate forms from the Mined Land Reclamation Oivi ion during the <br />application .review period to facilitate finalization of an acceptable fin ncial warranty <br />and permit issuance. For 111 applications, financial warranty must be su mitted before <br />the application can be considered complete. <br />
