Proposed Future Land Use Agricultural - Grazing <br />(Goal of reclamation) <br />EXHIBIT A - Legal Description <br />The legal description must identify the affected land and be wholly adeq ate for field <br />location of the property. It can be in the form of metes & bounds surve or a <br />description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least th nearest <br />quarter-quarter section. Where applicable, the street address or lot nu tier(s) may be <br />used. <br />EXHIBIT B - Minino Plan <br />• This can be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phases or st ges of the <br />operation and those areas of land affected by each. The plan should be orrelated with <br />the map and should show where extraction will begin, and which direction if any, it <br />will proceed. <br />EXHIBIT C -Map <br />This map should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain suffici nt information <br />to determine the location of the affected land on the ground and existin and proposed <br />roads or access routes to be used in connection with the mining operatio All <br />immediately adjacent landowners of record must be shown. The quarter se tion corner, <br />section line, or any other locatable points should also be shown on this map. <br />EXHIBIT D -Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation and Soils Information <br />Each of the above-mentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in th applicable <br />Rule. <br />EXHIBIT E -Reclamation P1 an <br />As with the mining plan, this should be a general discussion of the meth ds, equipment, <br />phases or stages of the reclamation process and those portions of land a fected by each. <br />If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the map. [f not the narrative <br />must be comprehensive enough to draw an accurate verbal picture of the a petted <br />appearance of the area after completion of reclamation. <br />
