Proposed Future Land Use Agricultural - Grazing (Goal of reclamation) EXHIBIT A - Legal Description The legal description must identify the affected land and be wholly adeq ate for field location of the property. It can be in the form of metes & bounds surve or a description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least th nearest quarter-quarter section. Where applicable, the street address or lot nu tier(s) may be used. EXHIBIT B - Minino Plan • This can be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phases or st ges of the operation and those areas of land affected by each. The plan should be orrelated with the map and should show where extraction will begin, and which direction if any, it will proceed. EXHIBIT C -Map This map should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain suffici nt information to determine the location of the affected land on the ground and existin and proposed roads or access routes to be used in connection with the mining operatio All immediately adjacent landowners of record must be shown. The quarter se tion corner, section line, or any other locatable points should also be shown on this map. EXHIBIT D -Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation and Soils Information Each of the above-mentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in th applicable Rule. EXHIBIT E -Reclamation P1 an As with the mining plan, this should be a general discussion of the meth ds, equipment, phases or stages of the reclamation process and those portions of land a fected by each. If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the map. [f not the narrative must be comprehensive enough to draw an accurate verbal picture of the a petted appearance of the area after completion of reclamation.
