Your reclamation plan states that "manure cam he spread on prepared surfaces at a rate of 20 tons per
acre or Nitrogen (N) and Phosphorus (P205) at a rate of 40 pounds per acre." Please change this
statement to "either manure will be spread on prepared surfaces at a rate of 20 tons per acre or Nitrogen
(N) and Phosphorus (P205) each at a rate of 40 pounds per acre."
5. Please change your weed convol paragraph to read. Weed control will be chemical or by mowing. If
mowins is selected it will be done in the period mid June [o early July. No grazing will be allowed
during the first two years of grass establishment. After the first two years, seeding will be evaluated
and if the stand of grass is determined to be insufficient, the area will be seeded again. Your use of the
terms "can" and "should", do not obligate the County to any of these reclamation items and they
become unenforceable.
6. Counties do not have to address Rule 63.4(t)(2)(3)(4) since the purpose of this information is for
calculation of a reclamation bond. Counties are not required to provide a reclamation bond.
EXHH3IT E - IVlaps
In the furore, write the dates prepared on [he maps.
