The plans and specifications in the Ground report are written in the form of recommendations. The <br />Applicant must commit to following the recommendations as enforceable permit conditions. The <br />Applicant must provide a statement that the plans and specifications in the Ground report cannot be <br />altered without DMG consent. <br />3. The Applicant must provide the DMG with a schedule for construction of the clay liner so that <br />inspections may be scheduled at appropriate times during the installation. <br />4. The Applicant will be required to provide a construction report detailing the installation of the liner, <br />describing any problems that occurred, and listing the results of testing that was conducted under the <br />approved CQA plan. Moreover, a certification will be required to accompany the construction report <br />with a statement from the CQA engineer that the facility was constructed in accordance with the <br />approved plans and specifications. <br />All of the above listed elements are discussed in the DMG Guide.
