The seedbed should be firm and <br />the seed planted at a depth of about 0.5 inch. <br />- Following seeding, grass hay mulch will be applied at a rate <br />"' of approximately 2 tons/acre, and mechanically crimped using a <br />crimping machine to anchor the mulch against blowing. <br />- A soils test will be made at the time of reclamation in order <br />to determine exact fertilization requirements.
