Inspection and construction quality control of two <br />sedimentation ponds including observation of: <br />a. core trench excavations <br />b. fill placement and compaction <br />c. placement of CMP pipes, seepage collars and <br />backfill <br />2. Testing of fill materials to ensure compliance with <br />ASTM design criteria. <br />3. Providing on-site capability to resolve problems <br />related to fill compaction testing procedures. <br />I <br />SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS <br />I• The specifications used in the field for earthwork operations are as outlined <br />in Fox Consultants, Inc .'s Tender Documents for the Meadows No. 1 Mine Recla- <br />mation Project, Routt County, Colorado (dated July 6, 1983).
