All disposal activities would be performed in compliance with all applicable <br />regulations. <br />After a spill has occurred and spilled material has been recovered, an analysis will be <br />performed to evaluate the spill effects and to determine methods to prevent future spills <br />of that nature. Effects on soil (including vegetation), air, surface water, and <br />groundwater will be documented in a written report to BLM. American Soda and BLM <br />will then determine if remediation is necessary.
