In connection with the granting <br />~ gravel mining operations, the Board of <br />in addition to imposing other conditions, <br />plan of reclamation; and may specify the <br />basic use, location and bulk regulations to be applicable to areas <br />reclaimed in accordance with the plan of reclamation, and the <br />conditions upon which such basic use, location and bulk regulations <br />shall become applicable; <br />(5) Schools for elementary and high school education; <br />(6) Parks, playgrounds and playfields for daytime use; <br />(7) Riding academies provided all such uses are located at least 660 <br />feet from schools, churches and dwellings on other lots; <br />(8) Churches; <br />(9) Public utility mains, lines and underground facilities; and <br />(10) Accessory buildings and uses. <br />6.2 DEVELOPMENT CRITERIA (as established March 2, 1972) <br />The following information shall be provided at the initial submission <br />of a planned unit development or a subdivision in the F - Forestry Zone. <br />(1) The County Planning Commission and County Commissioners shall review <br />the uses of land on the basis of environmental influences related <br />tc the intent and purposes of this Resolution in order for the uses <br />to be in harmony with the character of the surrounding neighborhood <br />and to promote the health, safety and welfare of Boulder County. <br />(2) The County Planning Commission and County Commissioners shall con- <br />Sider evidence submitted by the applicant, the Planning Staff, <br />interested citizens, and other appropriate agencies in arriving at <br />their decisions.
