The information includes an item-by-item discussion of issues <br />raised in your leper, appropriate documentation, and revised maps. <br />Basic Rcyuircmen[s: <br />A performanrc warranty is being prepared in [he amount of $17,100.00. It will be sent under <br />separate cover with a notarized signature. <br />Notices: <br />The Notice has been published in the Huerfano World newspaper three times in an effort to get <br />all the correct dates. You will he receiving our third effort in a week. <br />Notice was sent to Mr. Tom McKenna by certified mail with return receipt. A copy is enclosed. <br />Notice to Mr. McKenna is also expressed in the Exhibit G -Source of Legal Right to Enter. A <br />Icuse exists hctwccn Mr. McKenna and Delhur Industries, Inc. for use of the quarry and access <br />road. <br />So-Gas was also scot a notice of this project by certited mail with return receipt. A copy is <br />enclosed. <br />Exhihit B - Sile Description: <br />There are no fences within 200 feet of the quarry or access road. There is a culvert on County <br />Road 21 I near the access road. There is no fence on the boundary between So-Gas and Econ <br />Liquors.
