• Red Rock Crusher <br />The red rock crusher site was constructed on an area previously disturbed by mining, and the azea was subsequently <br />not reclaimed. Therefore, the requirements of Rule 4.15.10 can be applied to this area. That is, the best available <br />plant growth media topsoil or other suitable material in the reaffected area can be used and a minimum ground cover <br />established not less than the ground cover, which existed before redistwbance. <br />The portion of the No. 5A portal area sampled during September 1983 will be used as the success standard for the red <br />rock crusher site. Baseline vegetation data is discussed in Section 2.04.10 Vegetation Information under the heading <br />of Vegetation m in The study conducted in September 1983 revealed that mean ground cover of perennial <br />grasses, Forbes, and shrubs was 32.5 peroent.
