This 26,000 cubic feet would :include <br />previously mentioned north rim fill materials. In addition about <br />40,000 cubic feet of topsoil in place and containing very lictle <br />gravel would be stockpiled and respread over the sloped portion o:: <br />the East and Southeast areas. Considerable loss of these materials <br />is expected by repeated moving and downhill Bluffing. General average <br />thickness of the resoiling layer will be approximately 1 to 4 inches. <br />Present natural reseeding of the older part of the pit is moderate, <br />supporting several shrub varieties and some grasses. Seedings of rec- <br />ommended species of grasses in suggested quantities per specie, i:= <br />available, will be made prior to abandonment of the pit. <br />Reclamation costs are estimated to exceed $2,500. <br /> <br />
