Ttie following are the required exhibits for a Regular Permit
application by the Pioneer Sand Company, Inc. of Colorado Springs,
CO.
It: is the intent of Pioneer Sand Company, Inc, to obtain a
112 Regular Permit on a 38.74 acre parcel of land at Midway, Colorado.
The proposed area is directly west and adjacent to an existing area
of 9.83 acres. The present area was approved under a Limited Impact
Permit by the Mined Land Reclamation Board on February 10, 1981.
EXHIBIT' A
The subject property is a 38.74 acre parcel labeled as Tract C
on the mining plan map. The present property is the 9.83 acre parcel
labeler: Tract A. Tract B will be reserved for future mining.
The legal description of Tract C is as follows:
That portion of Section 27, Township 17 South, Range 65 West of the
6th P.M., E1 Paso County, Colorado, more particularly described as
follows:
TRACT "C"
Commencing at the Northeasterly corner of said Section 27, thence
Southerly along the Easterly line of said Section 27, a distance
of 2685 feet; thence angle 90° Westerly, a distance of 704 feet to
the point of beginning; thence continue Westerly, a distance of
1250 feet; thenrde angle 90° Northerly, a distance of 1350 feet;
thence ,sngle 90 Easterly, a distance of 1250 feet; thence angle
90° Southerly, a distance of 1350 feet to the point of beginning
and containing 38.74 acres more or less.
