15. 6.3.3 E3G-IIBIT E -MAPS
Please strike the words "confidential" on all maps. All maps, Mining Plan Maps and Reclamation Plan
Maps may be reclassified as open to the public.
Although the maps show mineral localities which warranted them being classified as confidential, due
to the general nature of deposits and depth of accessible minerals, there is little any person can do
without mechanized equipment to recover material which would be detrin~ntal to our interests. It is in
our best interests and the interests of time to go ahead with the application by making the maps
accessible as needed.
15. 6.3.7 EX)-IIBIT G -SOURCE OF LEGAL RIGHT'-TO-ENTER
Attached are copies of our mining claim filing papers which show my ownership or transfer of
ownership to me.
These are recorded with Teller County and with the Bureau of Land Management.
Attached also is a copy of the public notice published in The Gold Rush newspaper on 14 May.
