(I appreciate the offer to waive
the fee!) You will notice from our plan of excavation that this site will not be disturbed, except for on-
going prospecting, unti12017. It may be that our operations to the south may extend longer as well if
we are sufficiently fortunate to recover more than we anticipate. I am wondering if I can receive a
provision for a single annual fee as well. Since I will not be operating at this site until several yeazs
downstream, it world probably not be economical to file an application now and pay two fees every
year..
I would prefer to file a single application of course, as this would make things much easier on me in
keeping up paper work, reports, fees, eta I am awaze that John O. Buckner has a similar situation with
claims located in both azeas, Qui-Buc No. 1, No. 4, No. 5, No. 6, and No. 7, the Ute, Freehawk, C & J
No. 1 and No. 2, and the Two Point. I will probably become operator (not owner) for his claims in the
near firture and this would make all these claims more unified. Even though the claims are spread over
a couple squaze miles, geologically, they aze on the same ring structure. I believe the nature of the
operations aze very Simi az; the reclamation requirements aze similar; we can easily operate and move
equipment between cleans in a few minutes; and we can respond to needs on any of the claims
quickly. nth this to consider, would it be possible for my permit to cover my claims as originally
proposed? I'll do whatever is necessary, of course, but it would be easier if I could.
I have also filed the attached materials with the Teller County Clerk as of today and will send you
proof of mailing when rExeived.
Hopefully, I have coverc;d what is needed. If not, please don't hesitate to call, at home (719) 685-4479
or at James Irwin High :ichool at (719) 576-8055.
~~~
L.
