If there aze any measurements outside of the permit condition values (to be determined from baseline
monitoring), DMG will be notified within five (5) working days, and the first verification sample for the
indicator parameter that is outside of the permit condition value will be taken within two weeks.
If that verification sample also lies outside the permit condition value, a second verification sample will
be taken within two weeks after the first verification sample. If either verification sample is within the permit
condition values, the applicant will be judged to be in compliance.
If both samples are outside the permit condition value, DMG will be notified within five (5) working
days of receipt of the second verification sample results.
