Cattany <br />RE: DMG File # M-2002-004; Red Rock Plant and Mine 112 Reclamation Permit Acing Division Director <br />Application; Formal Public Hearing Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and <br />Order <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />On August 21, 2002, the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board held a Formal Public <br />Hearing fora 112 Reclamation Permit Application submitted by GCC Rio Grande, Inc. <br />for the Red Rock Plant and Mine. Attached to this letter aze the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board's Finding of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order. This order is <br />prepared in accordance with Rule 2.8.2 of the Construction Materials Rules and <br />Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board and is being served on each <br />party to the hearing by placement in First Class Mail to the last furnished address. <br />Any party to a hearing may petition the Board to reconsider its decision. Petitions for <br />reconsideration must be received by our office within twenty (20) calendar days of the <br />effective date of the Board's written decision.
