To Whom It May Concern:
On August 21, 2002, the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board held a Formal Public
Hearing fora 112 Reclamation Permit Application submitted by GCC Rio Grande, Inc.
for the Red Rock Plant and Mine. Attached to this letter aze the Colorado Mined Land
Reclamation Board's Finding of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order. This order is
prepared in accordance with Rule 2.8.2 of the Construction Materials Rules and
Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board and is being served on each
party to the hearing by placement in First Class Mail to the last furnished address.
Any party to a hearing may petition the Board to reconsider its decision. Petitions for
reconsideration must be received by our office within twenty (20) calendar days of the
effective date of the Board's written decision. Furthermore, any person adversely
affected or aggrieved by this decision may commence an action for judicial review in the
appropriate state district court within 30 days of the effective date of this decision.
