I am attaching a copy of the County's conditions for this operation, including #17 <br />which deals with this question. Also attached is a copy of my letter to the Planning Commission <br />asking that this particular item be deleted at their January, 1998 meeting. You will notice that I point <br />out to them that it appears to be an attempt by them to abrogate the Colorado Mined Land law and <br />rules and regulations. In conference with the senior planner, I have been assured that this should be <br />deleted and will probably be done at the January meeting. <br />
