Fish ponds shall be fenced <br />when livestock are present and the <br />primary purpose of pond Ss far fish. <br />Appropriate safety measures, such as <br />warning signs, rescue facilities, and <br />fencing, shall be provided. <br />1. Uniformly spread to a height not <br />exceeding 3 feet with the top graded <br />to a continuous slope away from the <br />pond. <br />2. Uniformly placed or shaped rea- <br />sonably well with side slopes assum- <br />ing a natural angle of repose for [he <br />excavated material, but not steeper <br />than 3:1, behind a berm width equal <br />to the depth of the pond but not less <br />than 12 feet. <br />3: Shaped to a designed form iha[ <br />blends visually with the landscape. <br />4. Used for low embankment and <br />leveling, or <br />5.
