Avg. = I MGD <br />The discharges are to Idaho Creek and Lighthouse Cove Pond, Segment 11 ofthe Boulder Creek Sub-basin, South Platte River Basin, <br />found in fhe Classifications and Numeric Standards {or the South Platte River Basin (5 CCR 1002-38), as amended January 30, 2001. <br />Segment 11 has been designated Use Protected and classified for the following uses: Recrearion, Class 1 a; Aquaric Life, Class 1 <br />(Warm); Agriculture; Water Supply. <br />.4ntidegradation review does not apply to this permit because the receiving water is designated as Use Protected. <br />Snlinity (TDS) monitoring of the discharge wiU nor be required. <br />Phosphorus monitoring of the discharge will not be required. <br />Effluent limitations in Part IB.Z.a. of the permit and monitoring requirements in LB.3. of the permit apply to this facility's process <br />rater discharges. <br />At the time of application, the permittee certifjed that they had developed and implemented a Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) fo. <br />this facility. As a condirion of this permit, a copy of the SWMP muse be provided to the Division upon request. <br />The petmittee is encouraged to read the general rationale for an understanding of how thispermit was developed and read thepermit tc <br />see what requiremenu exist.
