Avg. =1 MGD <br />The discharges are to Idaho Creek and Lighthouse Cove Pond, Segment 11 of the Boulder Creek Sub-basin, South Platte River Basin, <br />found in the Classifications and Numeric Standards for the South Platte River Basin (5 CCR 1002-38), as amended January 30, 2002. <br />Segment 11 has been designated Use Protected and classed for the following uses: Recreation, Class 1a; Aquatic Life, Class Z <br />(Warm); Agriculture; Water Supply. <br />Antidegradation review does not apply to this permit because the receiving water is designated as Use Protected. <br />Salinity (TDS) monitoring of the discharge will nor be required. <br />Phosphorus monitoring of the discharge will not be required. <br />Ej~luent limitations in Part LB.Z. a. of the permit and monitoring requirements in LB.3. of the permit apply to this f aciliry's process <br />water discharges. <br />At the time of application, the permrtree certified that they had developed and implemented a Stormwater Management Plan (SA'MP) for <br />this,`aciliry. As a condition ofrhis permit, a copy of the SWMP must be provided to the Division upon request. <br />The permittee is encouraged to read the genera! rationale for an understanding of how [his permit was developed and read the permit u: <br />see what requirements exist. In the permit, ef}iuent limitations and monitoring/reporting requirements are specified in Parts I.B. and <br />I.
