Seq. and the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Board: General Rule 6.2.1(2)(b)(c) requires that maps except the index map must be prepared and signed by a registered land surveyor, professional engineer, or other qualified person, (give the qualifications of the preparer if he/she is not a surveyor or engineer) and be prepared at a scale that is appropriate to clearly show all elements that are required to be delineated by the Act and these Rules (your maps aze not to scale). Please provide maps that aze prepazed by a qualified individual; that are signed and dated by that individual; and are to scale. These maps should also conform to the requirements of Exhibits C and F. Exhibit A -Legal Description 2. Ruie 6.4.1(1)(a) requires a legal description that identifies the affected land adequate to field locate the property. The meets and bounds description given in your exhibit does not close and thus does not describe a parcel of land. It appears that the 3`~ leg of the description should read "thence N. 0° 12' 38" W 1100 feet rather 1500 feet. Please make the appropriate correction to the description. Exhibit C -Pre Mining and Mining Plan Maps of the Affected Lands 3. Please label your Pre Mining Plan Map and your Mining Plan Map with these names. 4. Please show, in accordance with Rule 6.4.3(a), on one of these maps, all adjoining surface owners of record, even if, the owner/s aze the same as the owner/s of the affected lands. 5. Please label County Road MM on these maps.
