(The interdisciplinary team could include:
geotechnical engineer, soils engineer, roads engineer, coal mining engineer
and reclamation specialist.) Attributes constituting moderate geologic
hazard include stabilized earthflows, stabilized mudflows, stabilized
landslides; slopes adjacent to failed slopes or active earthflows,
mudflows, or landslides and avalanche chutes; areas of rockfalls and flash
flood areas.
Oa leads described below:
All or portions of Sec. 27, 28, 29, (30-HLM) , 32, 33,. 34, T.135, R90W, sad
all or portions of Sec. 3, 4, 9, 10, T745, R90W, 6th PM with moderate
geologic hazards as generally.delineate.d on the attached map prepared by
Michael K. .Ward on 12-19-96. The map is for planning purposes only. The.
application of .the definition of moderate geologic hazard to ground
conditions will determine whether the stipulation. applies.
