Replacement of subsoil, with a <br />replacement depth of 1.34 feet to 2.20 feet in Pit #2 and Pit #3, <br />respectively, along with separate replacement of the topsoil above <br />it (total combined depth of 1.77 to 2.99 feet replaced in Pit #2 and <br />Pit #3) will provide the best reclamation potential for the disturbed <br />area in Pit #Z and Pit#3.
