<br /> <br /> <br />in two long windrows, one along each side of the mesa top. <br />Gravel will be pushed out of the bed and stockpiled <br />by dozer and from there, loaded with front-end loaders on trucks <br />and removed. <br />Screening may be accomplished but crushing is not <br />expected at this time. <br />Upon completion of mining operations or if mining <br />is to be temporarily discontinued for any period of time, the <br />twelve-foot headwall will be slumped down and graded out over <br />an approximate 100-foot to 120-foot width to. achieve an <br />approximate 10°s slope. <br />A maximum of approximately 200,000 tons of gravel <br />may be removed over the next three years depending upon market <br />conditions and additional purchases by the operator from the <br />Bureau of Land Management. The current contract, a copy included <br />as part of Exhibit "G", allows for removal of 19,230 cubic yards <br />(approximately 25,000 tons). tdegotiations with the BLM indicate <br />that additional sales might be made if the conditions of the <br />sale are maintained by the operator and market conditions <br />justify. <br />EXHIBIT "B" - MINING PLAN <br />Page 2 <br />
