4 <br />• <br />SOILS* <br />• <br />Soils range from approximately eight to twelve inches <br />in depth with the average depth being ten inches. Soils are <br />reddish-brown with the surface layer being lightly colored with <br />moderate permeability with a high percentage of float rock and <br />stones.
