The operator may accept clean, structural fill' from. their customers for use in backfilling
areas and reducing the final exposed water surface.
(a) This material would primarily be excess soil from development sites. This material
would be placed around the outer limit of the final proposed lake configuration
mostly on the south side of the operation.
(b) It is anticipated that the operator may accept a proximately 10 000 cubic yards per
year. .r.~~?`~w ."~ ~, S~~.cZe~.-r-e°'~a ~/
(c) All contractors will be required to sign an affidavit indicating-that the material is clean
and inert as defined in Rule 1.1(20). 4,-~~~~-~.~`.aa~/.r-~~
(d) The operator proposes_to accept fill material during the life of the operation.
(e) The backfill material will be used to partially shape the perimeter of the lake and
possibly leave a smaller.exposed water surface than is initially anticipated. The post-
, mining use of the site is proposed as General Agriculture. The- backfill materials
would not alter that.
(f) As this material will not be used for placing structures on, it will riot need to:be highly
compacted. As the final perimeter slopes are graded and shaped, the material will be
compacted by the weight of.the equipment. All slopes will be graded to 3H:1V.or
flatter.
1499 West 120th Avenue, Suite 200 - ~ www.applegategroup.com
Denver.
