Mineral Rules and <br />Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Board:'- <br />Site Description <br />i. Wha': are the names of the county roads adjacent to the sites? <br />2. Are the sites currently being irrigated? <br />Exhibit B-2 Wildlife Statements <br />1. Wildlife statements must be submitted, and recommendations incorporated <br />into the permit before the Division can recommend permit approval. <br />Exhibit C - Mining Plan <br />1. Will the access roads be improved? If so, they must be included in your <br />permit boundary. <br />2. Please describe what measures will be taken to prevent erosion on the <br />sites, especially near topsoil stockpiles. <br />3. Topsoil stockpiles stored longer than one growing season should be <br />graded to slopes no steeper than 3H:1V and seeded with a perennial cover, <br />4. All overburden should be stockpiled separately and used for <br />reclamation.
