Part of this study, being conducted by lJright 4Jater Engineers, <br />will evaluate Atlar~tic Richfield's water rights in th~a basin in rela- <br />tion to those water rights that might be impacted by mining. Using <br />this information ar. augmentation plan will be develop~ad, reviewed try <br />all parties with potential to be impacted; and filed with the slater <br />Court. However, it is Atlantic Richfield's intention to utilize the <br />control measures outlined in this report to prevent any adverse <br />effects to the hydrologic system so that augmentation plan may never <br />be employed.
