THIS SOURCE IS <br />SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING EMISSION GUIDELINES: <br />a, Mining AcUviUes -Visible emissions not W exceed 20°h, no off-propeM1y transpoR at visible <br />' emissions. <br />b. Haul Roads - No oR-property transport of visible emissions shall appy to orr•site haul roads, the <br />nuisance guWelines shall apply to oftsite haul roads. <br />c. Haul Trucks -There shall be no oH-property transport of v(sible emissions from haul trucks when <br />operating on the properly of the owner or operator. There shall be na off-vehlGe transport of <br />visible emissions from the material In the haul trucks when operating oft of the property of the <br />owner or operator. <br />Control Measures <br />1. Adequate soli moisture must be maintained in topsoil and overburden to control emissions during <br />removal. Watering shall be implemented ft nedssary. <br />• 2. TopsoG and overburden sWckpiles shall be compacted andrevegetatad within one year. <br />3. Emtsslons horn material handling (I.e. removal, loading, and hauling) shall be controlled by watering at <br />all tlmes unless natural moisture is suffidant to control emissions. <br />4. Coal Stockpiles shall be watered as necessary to control particulate emissions. <br />5. Unpaved haul roads shall be treated with chemical stabll¢ers per manufaMurers specificatlons and <br />watered as often as needed to control particulate eMSSbns. <br />6. All areas disturbed for more than 120 days shall be compacted, treated with chemical stabilizers per <br />manufacturer's specifications, watered as needed, and revegetated within one year to control <br />paNculate emissons. <br />7.
