These limits may <br />be revised upon request of the permittee providing tltere is no exceadenra of any specific <br />emisslon control regulation or any ambient air quality standard. A revised air pollutlon eMssbn <br />notice (ADEN) and applica0on form must be submitted with a request for a permit revision. <br />2) This source is subject m the Common Provisions Regulation Part il, Subpart E, Upset Condifrons <br />and Breakdowns. The permittee shall notlfy the Division of any upset condition which poses a <br />violation of any emissbn limit or limits stated in this pertit as soon az.possLle, twt no Eater than <br />two (2) hours after the start of the next working day, followed by wdlten rwtlce to the Divlsbn <br />explaining the puce of the oaurtenp and that proper action has'been or Is beilg taken to <br />correct Ne conditiops posing said violatlon and to prevent such excess em(ssion in the future. <br />3) In accordanp with C.R.S. 257-174.1, the Air Pollutant Emission Notirz (APEN) associated with <br />this permk is valid for a term of five years.
