Please be advised that on July 11, 1995, Weber Sand and Gravel, whose address
and telephone number are Rt 2, Box 296, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147;

reclamation, at or near Section 4, Township 35N, Range 1W, New Mexico
Prime Meridian, in Archuleta County. The application decision is scheduled
for October 10, 1995.
